Position Summary
The MARTA Operations Supervisor position is responsible for the scheduling of services at multi-client locations, managing field staff communications, validating service completion, and ensuring the availability of proper materials, equipment, and supplies. This role also maintains daily reports to ensure contract compliance. The position requires flexibility to work all shifts when needed. Significant telephone coordination with clients and vendor management is required. This position is in Atlanta, GA
Shift: 8 PM – 4:30 PM | Sunday-Thursday
Location: Atlanta, GA (MARTA Station Locations)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Operations Management
  •  Monitor and report project progress to the Operations Manager.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  •  Document daily progress with photos and communicate updates.
  •  Coordinate with field staff and vendors for periodic services.
  • Manage expenses, supply orders, and site inventory.
  • Oversee inspections, quality control, and equipment inventory.
  •  Implement and manage project changes to ensure success.
  •  Guide, motivate, and develop staff.
  •  Communicate with clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  •  Participate in emergency drills and safety activities.
  •  Attend worksite safety and in-service training sessions.
  •  Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety requirements.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Client Relationship and Vendor Management
  • Daily customer interaction to gather feedback and resolve issues.
  •  Ensure adherence to client company policies and procedures.
Risk Management and Compliance
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  •  Resolve compliance issues in a timely and effective manner.
  •  Ensure adherence to OSHA safety practices.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Education
  • High school diploma required.
  •  3 years of project management experience.
  •  3 years of people management experience.
  •  Familiarity with custodial/facility management equipment.
  •  Understanding of scheduling and project management tools.
  •  Experience managing facility workforce projects (preferred).

  •  Supervises hourly employees.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
  •  Full-time position with site visits across the Atlanta area.
  •  Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Able to stand, walk long distances, and lift up to 60 pounds.
  •  Operate office and field equipment.
  • Correctable vision and hearing required.
  • Ability to drive a vehicle.
Other Requirements
  • Must pass drug screening and background checks.
  •  Completion of Wayside training class.
  • Must live within 30 minutes of Midtown Atlanta.
  • Flexible and reliable to support team operations.
  •  Valid driver’s license and clean driving history required.

Salary Transparency Statement
The pay range for this position is $60,000-$65,000 annually. The actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location. Keystone Management, LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity across all roles.

Pre-Employment Requirements
Upon receiving a contingent offer of employment, the selected candidate must comply with the following as a condition of employment:
  • Pass airport SIDA badge and driver’s test within 2 attempts
  • Successfully Pass Drug screening & background checks (Keystone, FAA, and airport security)
  • Valid driver’s license and successfully pass a motor vehicle check (MVR)
